All you need to know about our Personal Renewal and Organisational Renewal – Free Workshop
There was a spark of excitement in the room as Dr. Selva Pankaj introduced the Success and Self-Fulfilment workshop. This was the second in our Thinking into Character workshops, set in central London and designed for working professionals and entrepreneurs who are ready to take the next leap forward in their personal lives or their business.
The workshop and networking event was split into two sessions: personal renewal and organisational renewal. In the former Dr. Pankaj focused on achieving success and self-fulfilment by adapting habits, behaviours and mind-sets. In the second session, on Organisational renewal, Dr. Pankaj focused on the principles for scaling-up a business venture, including strategies to increase revenue and to better support team members to perform at peak level.
Both sessions were weighty topics, however each session was punctuated with anecdotes that had delegates both laughing and nodding their head in agreement.
The key to both sessions: delegates should set audacious goals in their personal lives and in their professional lives in order to fulfil their creative potential. This key message brings to mind the famous Mandela quote:
Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us. We ask ourselves, Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, fabulous? Actually, who are you not to be?
With this powerful sentiment in view delegates gained an insight into learning how to identify and put into action their purpose, to develop a growth-mind-set and vision and facilitate shifts in behaviour and changes in results.
A delegate from Lloyds Pharmacy, Krishan Bhovan said, “The workshop sparked excitement and passion from within. I feel motivated to implement methods that will help eradicate toxic habits and grow useful habits.”
Delegates were eager to learn more, “It’s been a great time to attend the event. I want a longer version of it to go in-depth what Selva Pankaj explains” – Ahasan Habib, H&K Associates.
It looks set to be a very exciting year for Thinking into Character – future workshops/seminars soon to be announced!
